A filterable view of the things you'd otherwise spend hours hunting across Teamblind, FEC filings, layoffs.fyi, and benefits pages. Pulled together so you can browse companies by what they actually do.
Problem it solves
Most job platforms are built around openings. The signals that matter to a values-driven job seeker live somewhere else entirely: Teamblind, FEC filings, news, public benefits pages (and they don't talk to each other). I'm building the layer that does.
Why I built it
Built it because I'm in the use case. I'm actively looking, I refuse to apply at companies that contradict my values, and the work of figuring out where a company really stands is a part-time job. visibility.is is the shortcut I needed.
